今天要做一道大家常吃的韓式料理,石鍋拌飯.記得第一次吃到石鍋拌飯是在溫哥華求學的時候,那時候覺得非常好吃很合我胃口. 溫哥華有很多家韓式料理餐廳都是韓國人開的,所以吃起來都非常道地.這道石鍋拌飯料理好吃在於它的醬料,所以一定要把醬料調配好.為了做這道料理我還特地去買了石鍋,這樣吃起來才比較有意思.

 

I am going to make a popular Korean dish today, which is Bibimbap.I recalled the first time having Bibimbap is back in Vancouver long time ago. When I first tried it, and I immediately fell in love with the dish, especially the sauce, it's very tasty. For the sake of making this dish, I bought a Korean stone bowl.

 


材料:


豬肉片----------------------------5片


菠菜-------------------------------1小把


韓國泡菜-------------------------2大匙


鴻喜菇----------------------------1小把


海苔-------------------------------3小片


紅蘿蔔----------------------------半條


小黃瓜----------------------------半條


蛋----------------------------------2個


熟白芝麻-------------------------適量


熱白飯----------------------------一大碗


蒜末-------------------------------2-3


太白粉-------------------------適量



韓國辣椒醬


香油


醬油


砂糖


白醋

-------------------------------------------------


醬料:


韓國辣椒醬-------------------------3小匙


醬油----------------------------------1大匙


白醋----------------------------------1大匙


香油----------------------------------1大匙


砂糖----------------------------------4小匙


熟白芝麻----------------------------1小匙

Ingredients:


Rice----------------------------------1 bowl of rice


Pork----------------------------------5 slices of pork


Korean kimchi----------------------2 tablespoon of Kimchi


Hong Xi mushroom----------------Appropriate amount


Dried seaweed-----------------------Appropriate amount


Carrot---------------------------------1 small carrot


Cucumber----------------------------1 small cucumber


Egg------------------------------------2 large eggs


Sesame seeds------------------------Appropriate amount


Minced garlic---------------------------------3 small cloves 


Spinach-------------------------------1 bunch of spinach


Cornstarch---------------------------Appropriate amount


Korean red chili pepper paste


Brown Sugar


Vinegar


Sesame oil


Soy sauce


Salt


--------------------------------------------------------------------------------


Bibimbap Sauce:


Korean red chili pepper paste-----------------3 teaspoons of Korean red chili pepper paste


Soy sauce-----------------------------------------1 tablespoon of soy sauce


Vinegar--------------------------------------------1 tablespoon of vinegar


Sesame oil----------------------------------------1 tablespoon of sesame oil


Brown sugar--------------------------------------4 teaspoons of brown sugar


Sesame seed--------------------------------------Appropriate amount

做法(Directions):

 


1.把菠菜,紅蘿蔔,小黃瓜,海苔,韓國泡菜,蛋皮,切成絲狀備用.

1.Cut the spinach,carrots cucumber,dried seaweed,kimchi and egg roll skins in half lengthwise and then thinly slice crosswise.

 

2.把菠菜,紅蘿蔔,小黃瓜,鴻喜菇,放入滾水中燙熟. 撈起後把水瀝乾並搾乾多餘水分.

2.Put the spinach,carrots,cucumber and Hong Xi mushroom in the boiling water, then drain and press out excess water. 

 


3.把燙好的菠菜,紅蘿蔔,小黃瓜,鴻喜菇,分別放入一點香油,還有少許的鹽巴調味.

3.Season the spinach,carrots,cucumber ,and Hong Xi mushroom with sesame oil and a little bit of salt.

 



4.先把豬肉片切成一口大小的小片,再放入適量的,醬油,香油,砂糖,太白粉醃製半小時,然後放入,油,蒜頭到鍋裡爆香再把豬肉片放入鍋中炒熟.

4.Marinate the slices of pork with appropriate amount of cornstarch,soy sauce,sesame oil and brown sugar for 30 minutes.Then put the oil, minced garlic and pork in the frying pan until it's cooked,

 


5.煎個蛋黃半熟的荷包蛋,

5.Prepare an perfect sunny-side up egg with frying pan.


 

 

6.調石鍋拌飯的醬料,先放入韓國辣椒醬,醬油,醋,香油,砂糖,還有熟白芝麻混合均勻即可.當然可以試吃一下自己調出來的醬料好不好吃,再改進酌量使用.

6.prepare a small bowl,and put the Korean red chili pepper paste,soy sauce,vinegar,sesame oil,sesame seed,and brown sugar in the bowl,then mix the sauce with a spoon.

 


7.鍋底鋪上白飯,再將配料均勻地舖在白飯上,並且加上自己調出來的韓式辣醬.然後把半熟蛋擺在中間,再撒上適量的熟白芝麻.這樣這道料理就完成啦!

7.Place a serving of rice in the stone bowl,and nicely arrange a small amount of each prepared vegetable and pork,and sunny-side up egg over the rice.Then,it is done.
