前幾天做了一道菜酥炸椒鹽雞柳條,非常好吃,我媽吃了也讚不絕口.

我家很少外食,都是自己煮比較多,自己煮的也比較健康.

這道料理最重要的就是要把雞柳條炸的外皮金黃酥脆肉嫩多汁,還有一定要撒上適量的胡椒鹽才會好吃. 


Few days ago, I made a dish Crispy chicken with spiced salt, it is absolutely delicious, and my mom said it is one of her favorite dish. To be honest, me and my family rarely go out to eat at restaurants, and you can be far healthier eating home-cooked meals.

Essentially, making this dish is not difficult but you have to deep-fried the chicken until its crispy and juicy. 


材料:

雞柳條----------------------------15條


辣椒-------------------------------1根


蒜末-------------------------------4-5瓣


蔥末--------------------------------兩根


地瓜粉-----------------------------適量


胡椒鹽-----------------------------適量


蛋-----------------------------------1 個



醃料:


醬油--------------------------------3大匙


香油--------------------------------1大匙


砂糖--------------------------------1大匙



Ingredients:


chicken breast------------------ 15 strips of chicken breast


spice-------------------------------1 spice


minced garlic--------------------5 small cloves.


minced green onions----------appropriate amount.


spiced salt powder-------------appropriate amount.


sweet potato starch------------appropriate amount


soy sauce-------------------------3 tablespoon of soy sauce


sesame oil------------------------1 tablespoon of sesame oil


brown sugar----------------------1 tablespoon of brown sugar


Egg---------------------------------1 large egg


做法(Directions):

 


1. 雞柳條洗淨後放入醬油,砂糖,香油然後醃製1-2個小時.

1. Wash chicken strips with clean water, and marinate the chicken with soy sauce, brown sugar and sesame oil for 1 to 2 hours.

 

2.把辣椒,蒜頭,蔥 切成末備用.

2. Mince the garlic, spice and green onions.

 


3.把蛋打散.

4.準備好地瓜粉

4.Prepare the sweet-potato starch or cornstarch.

 


5.把醃好的雞柳條放入蛋液中.

6.把沾好蛋液的雞柳條再沾上地瓜粉.

7.把油倒入鍋中開中火加熱,等油熱後把雞柳條放下去炸,油其實可以不用放很多,差不多蓋住雞柳條就好了,然後可以半煎半炸.炸的時候火侯不要太大才不會炸到焦掉. 雞柳條油炸至表面呈現金黃色澤即可撈起.

7.Pour the oil in the frying pan, then turn on the medium heat. When the oil in the pan is hot enough, put the chicken breast strips down in the frying pan.Then, wait till the chicken breast strips turn golden brown color. Be careful, don't let the chicken burn.

 

8.再炸好的雞柳條上撒上適量的胡椒鹽,還有蒜末,蔥末,辣椒末.這樣這道料理就完成啦!

8.Sprinkle the spiced salt powder, minced garlic,green onion and spice on the crispy chicken breast strips. Then, it is done.
